Principles

Working groups are clear and transparent. Meaning, anyone can read what’s going on, and anyone can join any team.
Working group roles are defined. Meaning, we know who to go to or request help from when something is needed.
Working group responsibilities are ratified in order to ensure gm DAO members are unblocked, and do not need to go to proposal for every decision.
Working groups can either be: a) a space for brainstorming an idea. or b) a space to achieve a very specific goal.

Community Groups

Work groups are created from community initiative. Free to create or join! Get in touch with one of the work group leaders to join.

Members should not expect compensation before a formal proposal is drafted.
